My friend Simon Monsour is a professional podcast audio engineer (working on the 80000 hours podcast), guitar teacher and has done many other impressive things that pop out randomly in conversation with him. We have had many interesting discussions since we have known each other, so when he asked me to appear on his podcast I was honoured. 

Simon did such an amazing job editing it and as you'll see he's a pro at interviewing as well.

If I could edit a couple of things, it would be that I used to term "Meat-eater" a little lazily a couple of times when I really meant someone who eats animal products.  The prime example is "eats meat three times a day".  Still, in the glare of the headlights, we can all get a little stunned.
