Here I am speaking at the (first maybe) Action for Animals Forum I organised.

I did ask a couple of other people to do this, but they weren't up for it.  It made me nervous but the day went well, and I got a lot of great feedback.

We need to start thinking strong community first, self-aggrandisement second.  We don't need more heroes in the movement, we need more long term reliable workers.
