A photo can't capture what a lovely day this was at my friend Sarah-Janes Christmas do.

I made a pastry enclosed nut roast with stuffing you can see in front of me, and with Alex's help we also did the same stuffing in large mushrooms as well. 

I miss London often, mostly the people I met there.
