Tiananmen Square 20th Anniversary

Taken
The Tiananmen Square Massacre was a foundational event in my young life, much in the same way Rwanda was later to be.
When I heard there was a protest to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the event outside of the Chinese embassy in London I decided to go. I don't like going to protests on my own and no one spoke to me so I didn't hang around very long.
I was sad that there weren't many people here. Clearly they had things they thought more important to do than advocate for the rights of a billion oppressed people in China.
