My Dad and his brother in Scotland, 1940s
David and Jim Green
Taken

This is my father David and my uncle Jim in Scotland wearing their kilts.

While my Dad left Scotland when he was about 10, Scotland really never left him.  He was lucky that a whole swathe of family ended up moving to the same part of Victoria, Maryborough, so he had a quite large Scottish community to be part of.  Although he lost his Scottish accent, he could change straight back into a very convincing on whenever he wished.

Anyway, probably my favourite photo of my Dad, so had to put it up.
