I try not to obsess too much about how beautiful my wife is, but sometimes I can't help it.

Here she is radiating loveliness at one of my favourite restaurants Kuan Yin in Fortitude Valley.  I was a regular for a long time, so much so that even after I went away and lived in the UK for five and a half years, the owner still recognised my face when I returned.

The dish I am having, which features in a number of my photos, is the the interestingly named "Delicate Combo".  This was a reasonable soup, attached to an aaammaazing, thick, Japanese style pancake.  They didn't call it okonomiyaki, so I won't but it was very similar.

Kuan Yin closed some years ago and has been replaced by a cheap strip club.  Sometimes this is how the world is.
